The Indiana High School Swimming and Diving Hall of Fame is pleased to offer Indiana High School swimmers and divers the opportunity to be awarded the Hall of Fame/Harry Inskeep Athlete Scholarship. The recipient should be a well-rounded, positive role model who has demonstrated excellence in academics, school and community involvement, character, sportsmanship, and citizenship.   Mr. Inskeep was an IHSAA swimming and diving official for many years.  At the time of his death, the family asked that memorials be directed to the Hall of Fame.  The scholarship bearing his name is a way to remember the many hours he devoted to students and to the sport of swimming.
