Indiana High School Swimming and Diving Hall of Fame
The Indiana High School Swimming and Diving Hall of Fame was established to honor those athletes, coaches and special contributors who have contributed to high school swimming and diving in the state of Indiana.
I am not a member, however, I would like to bring to the attention of the committee, Ray and Sue House. In the early 80s Ray and Sue developed the high school and club programs at East Central High School in St. Leon, Indiana. They coached their team to 20 EIAC Championships in their 29 years of coaching at the high school.
In that time they coached three of their own children.
Ashley House won many high school swimming events and also swam at Baldwin Wallace College.
Kyle is the first swimmer being inducted into the Queens University Sports Hall of Fame in the class of 2022 Inductees. He also won many awards for swimming and academics at Purdue as well as Queens University of Charlotte.
Grant House has too many swimming awards to list. He is currently swimming for ASU Sun Devils and just won his 2nd PAC12 title in the 200 free. He is hoping to head to Paris for the Olympics next year.
The entire House family have been standouts in the swimming community not only as athletes but academically as well as in their community.
