Western High School, 1997 – 2000
She is the only Western High School Girls Swimming and Diving State Champ in the school’s history. Kylee was a state champion diver competing from 1997-2000. Kylee improved her finish at the state championships each year. Her freshman year, she finished seventh. As a sophomore, she placed third on the 1-meter springboard. Her junior year she finished as the IHSAA diving runner-up. At the 2000 championships, her senior year, she won the diving title. Kylee continued diving at the University of Tennessee where the 10- meter platform event was her specialty. She was the 2001 Southeastern Conference Freshman Diver of the Year.
