Erin_MorrisErin Morris was a two-time individual swimming champion for Fort Wayne Snider High School.  She won the 100-yard backstroke her junior and senior years.  She was runner-up in four individual events and never placed lower than third in her career.  Erin continued swimming at Pennsylvania State University. She had a strong first season at the collegiate level, placing in the top ten at the Big Ten Championships in the 200-yard individual medley and the 200-yard backstroke. She also earned honorable mention All-American honors at the NCAA championships. During the 2004 – 05 academic year, Erin was named to the All-Big Ten first team after breaking two school records at the championships.  Morris captured second place at the Big Ten championships in both the 500-yard freestyle and 200-yard backstroke that year.  Again, she earned honorable mention All-American status.  Overall, Erin was named to the All-Big Ten team two years, and she qualified for the NCAA Championships for three straight years.
