At the inaugural ceremony, the Swimming and Diving Hall of Fame Committee recognized 120 individuals who have met the criteria for  automatic induction.  Over the past year, members of the Indiana Coaches of Girls Sports Association (ICGSA), the Indiana High School Swim Coaches Association (IHSSCA), swimming and diving officials, and former high school coaches and athletes have worked together to compile information from more that 90 seasons of high school swimming and diving to establish the first class of inductees.  A permanent Hall of Fame plaque with the honorees’ names will be on display at the IUPUI Natatorium.
