Columbus North High School, 1994 – 98
Katie Fields, a distance specialist, swam for Columbus North High School. She earned three consecutive titles in the 500-yard freestyle event beginning in the 1995-96 school year, setting state records during her junior and senior years. In addition, she won the 200-yard freestyle her sophomore and senior years. Katie went on to become an All-American as a freshman at the University of Missouri. Katie is currently a music promoter for Northern California.
